About Jane

Jane Diamond
Founder, Diamond Fitness & Wellness
I am a Master Personal Trainer of 20 years, a Certified Wellness Coach and Executive Coach. After overcoming a devastating car accident at the age of 21, I realized my calling when I turned this tragedy into achievement. Notwithstanding long periods where physical limitations severely curtailed my daily activities, I continually persevered and transformed myself both physically and emotionally. I built myself back to being strong, healthy and happy with a renewed sense of energy and purpose. I have dedicated my professional life to the field of health and wellness ever since.
Fitness Training
Impressed by the body’s natural ability to heal and transform when combined with challenges and the proper attitude and support, I decided to become a personal trainer to help others understand their own abilities and skills infusing them with energy, optimism, enthusiasm, dedication and an achievable plan.
Wellness Coaching
After seeing first-hand the benefits of one-on-one fitness training, I decided to broaden my approach to include Wellness Coaching. The goal for every client is to increase their overall health and well being by examining the areas of fitness, nutrition, stress, relationships in your personal and work environments and happiness. Instead of traditional methods that examine all that is wrong, my coaching approach focus is you; your dreams, values, strategies and goals. By providing support and guidance, we develop a clear vision of where you want to be and a collaborative plan of action that helps you stay motivated and accountable. While every person has different needs and unique challenges, my objective for you is to master wellness by making and sustaining positive behavior changes that last!
Experience
I am a twenty-two year, certified Fitness Trainer and member of the American Council on Exercise with Master Recognition in Fitness Training, Strength Training and Rehabilitation. I am a Certified Wellness Coach from Wellcoaches Corporation in conjunction with the American College of Sports Medicine. My experience has been working with teens to seniors who represent all of us; from business executives, company employees, athletes, adults and seniors at all levels of health, fitness and wellness. Many of my clients have battled debilitating injuries and disease while others wanted to improve the quality and happiness of their life. I have conducted corporate workshops on the benefits of employee wellness programs and have developed presentations for elementary school children on the importance of respecting and caring for their bodies. As a Career Management Consultant with RIGHT Management, my clients have spanned the fortune 100 roster. I have provided coaching to individuals and groups to clarify goals, design action plans and the necessary steps to reach these goals. I have lead interactive workshops on issues of self-awareness, listening, being fully engaged and creating a professional image. I hold a Certification in Executive Coaching and Leadership through a partnership between Villanova University and The Newfield Network.
Philosophy
Active listening to your goals, challenges, setbacks and achievements plays a major role in the relationship of coach/client. I ask the right questions to help identify needs and solutions, encouraging realistic expectations. I enjoy your stories and help foster self-acceptance and self-respect. I will engage, energize and challenge you to reach higher at just the right moment. The coaching process helps each person see the big picture, and identify the stepping-stones that lead to this destination. We will enlist your strengths and reframe your challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. I will help increase and magnify your positive emotions for significant change. The result …you get where you want to go!
