    Wellness Coaching

    My coaching focus is to help you achieve the results in your life that you desire but are not achieving on your own. Coaching is the most effective method in identifying, supporting and achieving meaningful goals. Being stuck is exhausting. It drains you of energy and confidence.

    Together we identify your goals that help you achieve what you desire. We look at your dreams, values, happiness and strengths to design and execute a personal game plan. You fill the gap from where you are to where you would like to be. Together, you will develop the most important qualities necessary for your success.

    Individual Wellness Coaching

    Begin with your 75 minute Coaching Assessment.
 This session will guide you on your wellness journey! Through understanding  goal setting, and the paths towards accomplishment, we develop an obtainable wellness plan to achieve the quality of life you desire.

    After completing the initial assessment, four (4) 45 minute sessions per month (3 month minimum for cohesiveness and consistency) are scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time, to work on your vision and the paths to accomplishment. You will understand the obstacles that are present and what actions need to be taken to achieve your goals. Coaching supports you through this self journey from development to understanding through celebrating your achievements. This coaching time, is your time.

    Group Coaching Packages

    Feeling Fit & Healthy Group Coaching Success

    Each member will receive one (1) 60 minute  Wellness Assessment.

    The assessment examines your well being and develops your wellness vision and plan to help you achieve what you desire. You will develop the abilities in the most important qualities necessary for your success.

    After each group member completes the initial assessment session, the group will participate in four (4) 45 minute group sessions per month for continued support (3 month minimum for cohesiveness and consistency). The group setting helps to build confidence and self efficacy.

    Goal Accomplishment Success Group

    Your group will participate in four (4) 45 minute group sessions per month for continued support. (3 month minimum for cohesiveness and consistency) This group is designed for people who desire a supportive environment to  focus on challenging and specific goals and the paths towards accomplishment. This group looks at the necessary components to accomplish your goals even if some may appear to be out of reach.
